What does the program include?
Before starting the exercise, our colleague explains the operation, purpose and tools of meditation in a few words.
After the short introduction, under the guidance of our colleague, guests can perform a self-development exercise that they can even practice independently in the future.
At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to ask questions of our instructor and discuss the experiences you have had during the practise.
What do we have to provide?
Participants can enjoy meditation sitting on a chair or on a carpet, or even lying on a mattress.
If required, we can provide the necessary equipment, but your own equipment is also suitable.
How much space is required?
At least 1x1 m per participant.
How much time does it take?
A meditation session can take 10 to 90 minutes, depending on the time available. According to your needs, we can even hold several classes a day.
