What does the program include?
Before starting the practice, in a few words our instructor explains the information about the operation, purpose, and tools of the sound bowl meditation.
The therapist can use different sound bowls, which can be of different sizes and moods. In addition to singing bowls, other instruments such as bells, drums or rattles can also be used during therapy. These instruments create special sound vibrations that have a relaxing effect on the body and mind.
During the sound bowl therapy, the participants are usually positioned comfortably, and the process of relaxation and meditation begins. The therapist can also use guided visualizations and breathing exercises.
At the end of the sound bowl therapy program, there is an opportunity for a discussion and feedback. Participants can share their experiences and thoughts about the program, and the therapist can share observations or suggestions for further development.
What do we have to provide?
Participants can enjoy meditation sitting on a chair or on a carpet, or even lying on a mattress.
If required, we can provide the necessary equipment, but your own equipment is also suitable.
How much space is required?
At least 1x1 m per participant.
